Platform Housing Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Localities team. You will manage tenancies, inspect estates and build relationships with local communities across Lincoln, Newark and Sleaford. There is a DBS check and regular travel involved.
You'll visit customers, provide tenancy advice and assist with new sign-ups, while keeping records up to date and collaborating with other agencies to maintain high service standards.
