We have a great opportunity for a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Localities team providing a comprehensive housing management service, working with communities and neighbourhoods around Leicester.

You will be someone who takes a hands‑on approach, helping customers to manage their tenancies and improve our neighbourhoods for everyone. Most of the time you will be out and about in your patch, working closely with customers to promote sustainable tenancies and developing strong relationships with local communities.

What could you be doing as one of our Neighbourhood Officers?

  • The Neighbourhood Officer will be responsible for visiting customers, providing advice, reviewing tenancies and identifying any problems.
  • You will be regularly inspecting our estates, raising, reporting and monitoring to a successful conclusion any health and safety or safeguarding concerns.
  • You will also be responsible for playing a key role in developing strong relationships within local communities.
