Calling all Labourers in Evesham and Gloucester!
Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join our multi-skilled Repairs and Maintenance team to help us deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment services.
We want somebody who can:
- Be a team player, hardworking, and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
- Work in people’s homes, so be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills.
- Be organized and recognize the importance of delivering work right first time.
- Have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
We want somebody who has:
- Experience in Social Housing maintenance.
- Understanding and experience of providing property maintenance and repairs to an excellent standard.
- Multi-trades skills – supporting our repairs and maintenance team with basic knowledge of external trades.
- Sound labouring experience in the building industry.
- Experience working in customers’ homes.
- Team skills but able to work independently at times.
- Full current valid driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role.
- DBS check required as you will be working in customers’ homes.
*Salary of up to £26,000, comprising a base salary of £26,000 per annum and additional payments.
