Platform Property Care have a great opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join our multi-skilled Repairs and Maintenance team to help us deliver high quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services.
We want somebody who can:
- A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
- You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills.
- You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time.
- You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
We want somebody who has:
- Experience in Social Housing maintenance
- Understanding and experience of providing property maintenance and repairs to an excellent standard
- Multi Trades skills – you’ll be supporting our repairs and maintenance team so a basic knowledge of external trades would be helpful.
- Sound labouring experience in the building industry
- Experience of working in Customer's homes
- Team skills but can work independently at times too
- Full current valid driving Licence essential as this is a mobile role
Plus, as you will be working in customers’ homes a DBS check is needed.
Salary of up to £26,812 is made up of your base salary of £26,319 per annum and an additional payment of £493 per annum.
