Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for an experienced Plasterer to join our successful repairs and maintenance team and help us maintain and improve our homes across the Lincolnshire areas. You will be a Multi Skill Trades Plasterer and plastering will be your focus, but experience in other trades is an advantage. The role is varied. No two days will be the same and you will meet a wide range of customers along the way. It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return, you'll have the support of a great team.

We want somebody who is:

  • A team player, hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
  • Friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills.
  • Organised and recognises the importance of delivering work right first time.

Some things we need from you:

  • Significant plastering experience and at least an NVQ Level 2 in this trade.
  • Self-motivated and customer focused delivering work right first time.
  • Experienced in delivering multi-trade work.
  • Experience in damp and mould treatment and repairs to walls and ceilings.
  • Experience in installing architraves, skirting plus stud walling, block, and brick work.
  • Experience in wall tiling and installing aqua panelling/boarding would also be desirable.
  • Able to work alone, and as part of a team.
  • A full driving licence.
  • DBS check required as you will be working in customers' homes.

This mobile role requires frequent travel across East and Central Lincolnshire, so you will need to live in or near areas including Louth, Alford, Mablethorpe, Horncastle, Coningsby, Woodhall Spa, and the surrounding areas.
