Platform Housing Group is seeking a Facilities Officer to join our Herefordshire-based housing team, with occasional travel to nearby schemes and Platform Housing offices.
This permanent, part-time role covers 20 hours per week and focuses on delivering a comprehensive on-site facilities service and building safety compliance.
You will inspect buildings, coordinate with asset and property colleagues, support risk assessments and planned maintenance, and ensure cleanliness in communal areas.
