Platform Housing Group in Hereford is seeking a Retirement Housing Officer to join our Specialist Housing team at The Rose Garden, Hereford, on a 12 month FTC part time with 16 hours per week.
You will provide tenancy management, support wellbeing, build relationships with residents, conduct inspections, risk assessments and monitors.
Travel to other offices for training may be required; DBS enhanced check is standard.
