Platform Housing Group is seeking a Retirement Housing Officer to join the Specialist Housing team at Cathedral Park Retirement Village, Hereford. This part-time role (28 hours per week) offers practical housing and tenancy management support to residents and coordination with care services to enhance wellbeing.
You will be the main point of contact for residents, delivering preventative support, signposting to specialist services, and carrying out building management duties.
