If you are an experienced Gas Engineer based in Gloucestershire and you thrive on keeping homes heated, giving great customer service and can deliver end-to-end job completion – we need you! Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for a Gas Engineer Service to join our talented heating team servicing our homes in Gloucester, Worcester and the surrounding area.

- Completing Landlord Gas Safety records
- Basic repairs
The role is varied, and no two days are the same! It’s a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!

- Basic salary of up to £38,956 per annum
- OTE additional average earnings of £1,500 per annum from OOH rota

Qualifications:
- Sound experience and be ACS qualified with CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 (or CENWAT), and CPA1.
- You will be a good communicator and be able to work well with customers and other trades.
- Full driving Licence
- This role requires a DBS check.
- There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required.
- This role is for a team covering our properties in Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Evesham and Worcester so you will need to live here.

This role is a permanent contract employed by Platform Housing Group/ Platform Property Care, working predominantly on a contract supplying repairs and maintenance to Rooftop Housing Group. This role is mobile, so it is essential you have a current valid driving licence.
