We are currently recruiting for an External Property Management Partnerships Manager to join us in leading a team dedicated to delivering excellent services across our leasehold, shared ownership, market rent and rented portfolios.
This role is responsible for leading a specialist team that acts as Platform's central point of expertise for all matters relating to managing agents and management companies.
What could you be doing?
You will oversee a broad range of services including lease management, income collection, service charge review, governance, compliance, and data quality, ensuring accurate records and effective management of third-party relationships. As the key escalation point for complex and sensitive issues, you will drive timely resolutions, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure consistently high standards of service delivery.
Working closely with internal colleagues and external partners, you will strengthen governance frameworks, improve operational performance, and enhance the customer experience across all services. You will act as the organisation's subject matter expert on service charge governance and third-party management, developing innovative policies, embedding best practice, and ensuring all externally delivered services are transparent, compliant, customer-focused, and aligned to Platform's strategic objectives, KPIs, and Tenant Satisfaction Measures .
Whatare we looking for from you?
- Experience in either leasehold management, property management, manging agents, service charges, or a related discipline
- A relevant degree or professional qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of managing relationships with managing agents, management companies or other third-party service providers
- Experience of monitoring and reporting on service performance, KPIs, customer satisfaction and compliance metrics
- Ability to drive service improvement, introducing new processes or implementing operational change
- Experience of leading and managing a team, including performance management, employee development and absence management
- Understanding of service charge legislation, governance, compliance requirements and Section 20 consultation processes
- A driving license or the ability to travel to our group offices and other locations as required
