We're looking for an Administrator to join our Empty Properties Team to play a key role in providing an exceptional service to customers.
What could you be doing?
- As an Administrator, you'll support a range of tasks including managing inboxes, data gathering, and cleansing to update our internal systems.
- You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team that values flexibility, accuracy, and great communication.
- These roles are home-based, with travel to our Birmingham and Worcester offices, and offer a chance to be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment.
- Travel to the office would be approximately once a month and candidates would ideally be based within a reasonable distance of either of these offices to be able to commute as required.
What are some things that we need from you?
- You'll be someone who thrives in a busy environment and is confident working independently.
- You'll have strong IT skills, be comfortable using multiple systems, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in housing or utilities is preferred, however we're also interested in your ability to learn quickly, manage your time effectively, and work well with others.
- We're looking for someone who can stay motivated, organised, and contribute positively to a supportive and high-performing team.
In addition, you'll also:
- Be comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel) and internal systems or databases.
- Have clear written and verbal communication, especially when liaising with colleagues, customers, or external partners.
- Be able to identify issues and take initiative to resolve them or escalate appropriately.
