We\'re looking for a dedicated and experienced Data Governance Manager to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of data governance, data quality, and compliance activities across the Group.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for ensuring that data assets are well-defined, high-quality, compliant with regulatory obligations, and appropriately stewarded by business owners.
You\'ll also oversee the operational management of data rights fulfilment (including Subject Access Requests), Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), data rights, privacy impact assessments and related audits.

Qualifications
- Significant experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks in a complex organisation
- Track record of improving data quality, including measurement, monitoring, and cleansing initiatives
- Deep understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and frameworks
- Experience in managing or coaching cross‑functional teams
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., housing, public sector, financial services) would be beneficial
- High personal integrity and commitment to upholding data protection and compliance
Working Arrangements
This is a home‑based role. However, you\'ll need to travel to our Worcester and Birmingham Business Park offices for meetings as required typically around twice a month.
