Working Conditions
- This is a home‑based role. You will need to travel into the Birmingham Business Park office for training up to 5 times a week during the first 6 weeks, and occasionally for team working days thereafter.
- Shift patterns run between 8:00 am and 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend working is not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering problem‑solving conversations each day.
- Answer enquiries and resolve queries at first point of contact wherever possible, meeting KPI targets.
- Lead the company‑wide drive to deliver customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably from a telephony or contact centre background.
- Commitment to resolving queries professionally and getting it right the first time.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Empathy and people skills to diffuse difficult conversations.
- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages and able to use different systems while speaking to customers.
- Ability to commute to our Birmingham Business Park office (B37 7YD).
