We're looking for a Communications Business Partner to help deliver clear, customer‑focused and locally relevant communications that support service delivery, strengthen trust and improve the experience of our customers.
This is a varied and rewarding role, working across customer communications, operational communications, campaigns and engagement activity. You'll help ensure our communications are clear, accessible and focused on what matters most to the people we're communicating with.
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and customer-focused, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging and meaningful communications.

You'll be someone who enjoys variety, is confident working across different communication disciplines and is motivated by making a positive difference to customers and communities. This role is home‑based, but you’ll regularly spend time with colleagues across the business. Travel to our Birmingham and Worcester offices will be required, along with occasional travel to other locations as needed.
