Platform Housing Group is seeking a Relief Youth Support Worker to join the team at Malvern Hills Foyer on a casual, zero-hour basis. You’ll provide flexible, preventative support to young people aged 16-25, including care leavers, to promote independence and resilience.
You’ll work with individuals and groups, monitor tenancy wellbeing, and assist with building safety and payments. Availability for nights, evenings and weekends is preferred.
