- Completing gardening tasks as needed to get the garden ready for the customer to move into the attached home.
- Helping the multi-skill trades with any manual handling and some basic trades tasks as needed during the refurbishment.
- Conducting the last clean to a high standard, ready for the customer to move into their home.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
Why join us? If you enjoy a physical, hands-on role where no two days are the same, you'll enjoy being part of our busy, hardworking team. From clearing and cleaning properties to getting gardens ready, you'll be involved in a variety of practical tasks that make a real difference. You'll play an important role in ensuring our properties are ready for our customers to move into. Your main focus will be supporting our Voids service, with occasional opportunities to assist our Responsive Repairs teams too. It's a role where you can get stuck in, work as part of a great team and see the difference your work makes every day.
