Platform Housing Group is seeking two Learning & Organisational Development Business Partners to join a growing team. This home-based role involves regular travel to Solihull, Worcester, Newark, Louth and other locations, about two to three days per week, to support major transformation programmes and workforce development.

You will work with senior leaders to embed new ways of working, strengthen capability and deliver outcomes for customers and communities, sharing insights and coaching.
