Responsibilities- Acquire housing development opportunities and support Platform in meeting its growth ambitions by utilising all forms of development delivery.
- Identify and acquire suitable Section 106, Package Deal and additionality opportunities that align with the Platform Development Strategy.
- Develop a detailed understanding of Platform's growth areas and local intricacies; establish and maintain good relationships with locally operating developers, intermediaries, and landowners.
- Contribute to achieving ambitious operational growth targets as part of a growing team.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders and other internal teams.
- Experience of working within the development team of a national or large regional commercial housebuilding organisation or registered provider.
- Demonstrable experience of identifying development opportunities through a range of methods.
- Experience of managing the performance of projects to meet company targets and plans.
- Ability to effectively time manage, prioritise and plan multiple projects at once.
- Ability to establish sustained working relationships based on respect and effective negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Up to 28 days annual leave (plus additional benefits).
