Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner x 2
£48,882 - £54,313 per annum (depending on experience)
Permanent, Full Time
Home based with regular travel (around two days a week) to our Group offices in Solihull & Worcester or our other locations, such as Newark & Louth, to support business needs.
Help shape the future of Platform Housing Group!
We're growing our Learning & Organisational Development team and recruiting additional L&OD Business Partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that sits at the heart of organisational change, leadership development and workforce capability. You'll work alongside leaders and colleagues across the business to support major transformation programmes, embed new ways of working and build the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed for long‑term success.
More than traditional learning and development, this role is about partnering with the business to improve performance, strengthen capability and help our people deliver better outcomes for customers and communities. You'll act as a trusted adviser and critical friend to senior leaders, constructively challenging thinking, bringing fresh perspectives and helping shape effective people‑focused solutions.
If you enjoy helping leaders and teams navigate change, build capability and achieve lasting improvements in performance, we'd love to hear from you.
Some Things That We Need From You
- Certificate in Training Practice, CIPD Level 5 in L&D, full CIPD qualification, Chartered Member status or equivalent professional learning and OD credentials.
- Change Practitioner qualification or equivalent experience supporting change and business readiness activity.
- Coaching or mentoring qualifications.
- Management or supervisory experience.
- Experience leading, designing and implementing OD projects.
- Experience of psychometric tools and understanding how they can support colleagues and team development.
- Experience developing or using digital learning solutions as part of a wider learning strategy.
Although this is a home‑based role, we're looking for someone who's flexible and happy to travel on a regular basis. You'll typically visit our Group offices (Solihull & Worcester) or other locations (Newark & Louth) around two to three days a week to support business needs. Therefore, you'll need to live within a reasonable travelling distance of these offices.
Closing date for applications is 31st August with face‑to‑face interviews scheduled to take place on 9th/10th September at our Birmingham Business Park office.
