We're looking for a Communications Business Partner to join us on a 12-month fixed‑term contract to help deliver clear, customer‑focused and locally relevant communications that support service delivery, strengthen trust and improve the experience of our customers.

This is a varied and rewarding role, working across customer communications, operational communications, campaigns and engagement activity. You'll help ensure our communications are clear, accessible and focused on what matters most to the people we're communicating with.

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and customer-focused, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging and meaningful communications.

Experience and Responsibilities:

You'll be someone who enjoys variety, is confident working across different communication disciplines and is motivated by making a positive difference to customers and communities. This role is home‑based, but you’ll regularly spend time with colleagues across the business. Travel to our Birmingham and Worcester offices will be required, along with occasional travel to other locations as needed.

If you are excited by the opportunity to help shape how a major housing organisation communicates with customers, supports local communities and delivers meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.

Closing date for applications is 21st June with face‑to‑face interviews scheduled to take place on 29th June or 1st July at our Birmingham Business Park or Worcester offices. We encourage early applications, as we may close the advert ahead of the advertised closing date if we receive a high volume of interest.
