Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has an immediate requirement for a hybrid working ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IRM, BCM, S2P, TPRM and Supplier Portal Tech Lead for a permanent role in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Working with the customer
- Design, CMDB and data quality
- Discovery, reporting, governance
- Support, testing, ITIL
- Custom application design and development
- Deployment, migrations, risk management
- Security and workflows
Qualifications
- ServiceNow – 5 years+ experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IRM, BCM, S2P, TPRM and Supplier Portal (ESSENTIAL)
- Integration, REST API, workflow, Data Fabric, Knowledge Graph
- ITIL V3 and V4 knowledge
- ServiceNow certifications – CSA, 2 × CIS (ITSM, ITOM) preferred
- Experience with SecOps, GRC, IRM, ITBM
- Degree required
- Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
