Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has an immediate requirement for a hybrid working ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IRM, BCM, S2P, TPRM and Supplier Portal Tech Lead for a permanent role in the UK.
Responsibilities
- The role will involve working with the customer, design, CMDB and data quality, discovery, reporting, governance, support, testing, ITIL, custom application design and development, deployment, migrations, risk management, security and workflows.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow β 5 years+ experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IRM, BCM, S2P, TPRM and Supplier Portal (ESSENTIAL)
- Integration, REST API, workflow, Data Fabric, Knowledge Graph
- ITIL V3 and V4 knowledge
- ServiceNow certifications β CSA, 2 Γ CIS (ITSM, ITOM) preferred
- Experience with SecOps, GRC, IRM, ITBM
- Degree required
- Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
