Applicants need to possess the following skills:
- ServiceNow – 5 years+ experience
- Specialisation in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, Now Assist, CMDB
- ServiceNow certifications: CTA, TOGAF, AI Degree
- Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve working with the customer on design, CMDB and data quality, MID Server strategy, integrations, compliance, ITIL, development and deployment.
