We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead ServiceNow strategy, design, and implementation projects on a permanent hybrid basis in either Birmingham or London, UK. The role involves a 3‑day a week on‑site presence with two days of remote work.
Location & Work Arrangements
- Hybrid working – 3 days on site in Birmingham or London, 2 days remote.
- Full‑time (40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and enhancements.
- Design and configure workflows, regulatory processes, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage budgets, risks, and quality assurance for projects.
- Facilitate workshops, change management, and training sessions for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow project management, with a focus on SAM, HAM, IRM, or GRC modules.
- Certifications: SAM Pro, HAM Pro, IRM, or GRC.
- Experience with ITSM, ITAM, and IRM functional areas.
- Knowledge of CSA, CIS‑SAM, CIS‑HAM, CIS‑GRC or IRM or CAD certifications.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud integrations.
