Our leading client in the Salesforce world is looking to hire a Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) Architect to work on a permanent basis in the UK. The role allows remote work with occasional visits to the London office or client site.
Responsibilities
- This role involves using ARM knowledge to design, implement, and lead ARM initiatives.
- You will be strategic and hands‑on, responsible for gathering requirements, discovery workshops, solutioning, development, integration, testing, deployment, data modeling, and risk management.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) – formerly RLM / RCA – Essential
- Architect – Essential
- Strong communication or consultancy skills
- Degree
- Salesforce certified
- 6+ years in Sales or Service Cloud
- 3+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Billing, Experience Cloud
- 4+ CPQ projects
- Q2C experience
- Experience in manufacturing or hi‑tech
