The Opportunity
We are looking for a well-organised and versatile individual to work with Platfform Wellbeing’s Head of Therapies and other Lead Counsellors in delivering a counselling service to a variety of clients, including contracts. The hours are flexible, as it will be necessary to occasionally cover office duties on a rota basis from 9 am to 8 pm; otherwise, some home working is available. It will also be necessary to contact clients and counsellors in the evenings and on weekends. The Lead Counsellor will be the first point of contact for most clients and it is important that they project a positive and welcoming image of the organisation at all times.
