The Campaigns Manager will lead the delivery of Hope and Healing’s campaigning activity. We take a broad definition of ‘campaigning’, and activities could range from issues-based policy campaign work to training supporting community-based advocacy, from writing policy briefs to delivering engagement events. You’ll make sure activities respond to what we’re learning from the project to make change for communities, services and systems.
You’ll bring knowledge and experience of a range of campaigning approaches that can create change at different levels of the system. You’ll be skilful at building networks and relationships, and you’ll be as comfortable sitting in community spaces, working alongside local people, as you are talking to system influencers. You’ll be committed to sharing power and listening to different voices, and bring rigour and creativity to our campaigning work.
You’ll be a skilled communicator, both in writing and in person. You’ll oversee the delivery of communications across the project, working closely with our Communications Marketing team, and our Communications and Engagement Partner.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Hope and Healing and with Platfform’s Head of Policy and Influencing to develop impactful campaiging activity.
