Platfform in Wales seeks a Caseworker to deliver holistic, person-centred support within two supported accommodation services in Barry and Penarth, helping residents manage mental health and emotional well-being challenges.

You will work 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday cover in Barry on a rota basis (about one shift every 4–5 weeks), collaborating with residents, colleagues, and external partners to promote recovery, tenancy sustainment and community integration.
