We\’re looking for an experienced Material Handler to operate a forklift and keep materials moving through the facility.
What you’ll be doing as a Material Handler:
Operate forklift to load, unload and move materials to and from production lines, hold and transport areas
Inspect and count materials, documenting key information
Shovel loose materials into containers for inspection
Perform general warehouse duties
Move and load bulk trucks/cars manually
Be in a harness to load a rail car or bulk truck approximately 20’ in the air.
You might be a good fit if you have:
Forklift experience of at least 1 year required
E xperience related to resin, liquid, or grain Bulk Loading of Trucks and Rail, perferred
Physical Requirements
Lifting Requirements: up to 50lbs frequently
Constant: Lift and/or move up to 15lbs
Environment: Exposed to high levels of noise, recyclable debris and smell and extreme weather
Ability to meet phsyical demands of climbing on/off bulk trucks & rail cars for duration of shift
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to work at heights up to 20 feet using proper PPE
