Our associates are responsible for operating and maintaining recycling equipment, in an effort to ensure environmental sustainability.**Responsibilities:*** Monitor & operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner* Maintain processes and equipment, including basic maintenance and equipment troubleshooting* Lead process change overs, quality checks, and production tracking activities* Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin* Operate forklift to move materials as needed* Maintain area to adhere to 5S standards* Other duties as assigned**To be a Production Operator, you’ll need:*** Previous experience in a manufacturing environment* Forklift experience required* Ability to walk/stand and use ladders and stairs through the duration of shift* Mechanical aptitude**What’s in it for you:*** ***Stability:*** We never lay off and keep consistant work schedules* ***Bonus Opportunities:*** We offer referral bonuses & perfect attendance bonuses* ***Advancement:*** We promote from within and foster employee growth* ***Over Time:*** Time and a half for anything over 40 hours.
