**Pay:** $24-$26/hr, depending on experience
**Shift:** 3-2-2-3 schedule (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)
- Days: 7am-7:30pm
- Nights: 7pm-7:30am

What you’ll be doing:
- Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations
- Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
- Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution
- Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures
- Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience
- PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience
- Strong mechanical skills
- Electrical knowledge a plus
