Avec plusieurs sites en France et un savoir-faire reconnu depuis plus de 50 ans, elle maîtrise des procédés tels que la bi-injection, le surmoulage et l'injection gaz.
Elle accompagne ses clients dans la conception et la fabrication de pièces plastiques techniques, en intégrant des process respectueux de l'environnement et tournés vers l'amélioration continue.
Missions
Gérer le planning de production et répartir les tâches au sein de l'équipe.
- Assurer le respect des délais, de la qualité et des cadences de production.
- Suivre les arrêts machines et intervenir en appui technique si nécessaire.
- Participer aux actions d'amélioration continue pour optimiser la performance de l'atelier.
- Encadrer une équipe de 12 collaborateurs en veillant à la cohésion et à la motivation.
- Assurer une présence terrain pour soutenir les équipes dans leur quotidien.
- Faire respecter les consignes de sécurité et garantir le bon climat social dans l'atelier.
- Suivre les indicateurs de production et les normes qualité (ISO 9001, IATF).
- S'assurer du respect des process de fabrication et de contrôle qualité.
- Proposer des améliorations techniques et organisationnelles pour renforcer l'efficacité du site.
- Conditions du poste
- Localisation : Épierre (73)
- Horaires fixes : 4h – 12h, du lundi au vendredi (avec 30 min de pause rémunérée)
- Statut : CDI – Temps plein
- Rémunération : 2500 à 2800 € brut / mois suivant l’expérience + Primes (rendement, matin, objectifs, panier repas)
