Main purpose of job: We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner/Engineer with expertise in setting sliding head machines to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and manufacturing, with a specific focus on CNC sliding head turning.
Cnc Turner Responsibilities
* Set up and operate Citizen CNC machines for turning operations
* Interpret technical drawings and program CNC machines accordingly
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output
* Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment
* Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes and improve efficiency
* Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards(ISO9001) at all times
