The Role
Plastic Pictures is seeking a pioneering Executive Producer to join our team. This is a high‑impact role designed for a strategic heavyweight who can balance creative excellence with commercial growth. Your primary focus will be providing strategic leadership across one of our client accounts and driving long‑term growth. You will be the architect of our project structures, a partner to our most senior clients and a driving force behind our new business and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Commercial Performance: Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional work, fostering accountability and high performance. Oversee project financials, ensuring profitability, efficient resource management and commercial rigour. Drive agency growth through new business development, marketing initiatives and high‑value pitches.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor. Serve as the senior escalation point for clients and internal teams, resolving complex challenges with confidence and diplomacy.
- Strategic Delivery: Shape projects from inception, ensuring creative ambition aligns with client and business objectives. Establish effective team structures and ways of working that set projects up for success. Identify and secure new opportunities to expand and diversify the agency portfolio.
