Plaster is on the lookout for an experienced Studio Manager, one with a design background and a passion for making things run like clockwork. This role needs a commanding force to keep the job board running smoothly, connect the dots across design campaigns, and help steer creative output to success. WHO YOU ARE

  • You’ll be exceptionally organised, a great communicator, hot on deadlines, have a deep understanding of production work, flows and scheduling to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • You’re confident reviewing, allocating and managing all creative work, using Notion to keep things running smoothly and proactively.
  • Working closely with the Creative Director, you make sure every brief finds its perfect home and the team stays on track.
  • People are drawn to your charisma and eager to work alongside you to be part of the collaborative mix.
  • You are a seasoned studio manager, with the desire to take on a senior role across the company, bringing the team of creatives together to produce the very best work possible.
  • You are confident to manage a small design led portfolio of client projects.
  • You challenge a brief and see past a task list to bring your creativity into play.
  • You’re a natural problem solver, find solutions and create best practice.
  • You enjoy being part of a team, where you support strategic campaigns from inception through to completion, taking new challenges in your stride.
  • You want to build long term relationships, enabling you to be creative with clients and enjoy the hard graft it takes to deliver exceptional results.
  • You are a digital native, knowing that social media and digital reach is at the core of every great campaign.
  • Working between B2B and B2C clients, you are able to understand and deliver to both audiences, and will thrive in the specialist sector.
  • You’re hot on supporting new business pitches and always on the lookout for opportunities to grow and expand design work within our existing client portfolio.
  • You are interested and inquisitive about AI and technology and how it might enhance everyday life.
  • You enjoy mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and leadership to ensure campaign success.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND MUST HAVES:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within an agency environment
  • A background in a design or creative studio, with a solid grasp of core studio processes across design, videography, and digital/web production
  • A strong understanding of physical print delivery, from marketing collateral and branded merchandise to ad placement and OOH campaigns.
  • Experience delivering numerous projects on a day to day basis in a lead role
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to be adaptive in a fast paced environment
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude that is infectious and inspiring
  • A growing passion for the marketing industry and willingness for progression
