The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Developing a robust pipeline, building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth
- Seek out new partnerships, sales channels, specifiers (consultants) and users for Adamson products
- Organize and promote product demonstrations by working closely with our applications engineers
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to client decision-makers
- Contribute to the training and support of the UK and Ireland network
- Increase technical rider visibility for all Adamson Systems tour sound focused products
- Assist company groups (marketing, sales, product development, etc.) to define and develop strategic branding initiatives
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and service offerings
- Shall cooperate, communicate and behave with Adamson’s employees and/or independent contractors in a professional and efficient manner
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 – 7 years’ prior pro audio industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Highly self motivated
- Preferably centrally located in England or in the area of London or willing to relocate
