The successful candidate will be able to work at our Warsaw, Herzliya, and London offices, or remotely from Poland. This role is based in the Midcore District, a business unit within MTG that Plarium is part of. The Midcore District is home to six gaming studios: Plarium, InnoGames, Snowprint, Hutch, Ninja Kiwi, and Futureplay. Together, these studios make games played by tens of millions of people on mobile and PC. The District offers studios a shared ecosystem covering marketing, data analytics, technology, player services, publishing, D2C distribution, and more so that they can focus on making great games.
We are now looking for a Learning and Development Manager to shape and operationalize our learning and development strategy. This role is part of a global team of four that supports the rollout of L&D initiatives across a diverse group of studios varying in size and maturity. The position involves working closely with international teams to research, design, and implement learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our people and company.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting our Learning and Development Strategy through research and rollout of key learning and development initiatives
- Organizing learning solutions for employees: group training, workshops, webinars, experience exchange etc.
- Selecting educational service providers and communicating with them
- Collecting and analyzing employee feedback
- Working with content on internal education platforms
- Maintaining documentation and writing reports
What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience in a Learning & Development function
- Exceptional communication skills including an ability to work in an international environment, ensuring effective collaboration across different teams and studios
- Knowledge of the principles of adult learning and modern instructional design methodologies
- Experience in building learning solutions, managing the full cycle from initial needs analysis to final implementation and evaluation
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- English language skills at the upper-intermediate level or higher
- Experience working within international teams or global companies
- Experience in launching one or more of the following: AI learning opportunities/training, change management programs, management development programs
- A background in tech, game development or creative industries
- Experience using Juno Journey or a similar Learning Management System
