An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding client at their head office wholesale site in Enfield. They are seeking experienced Warehouse Packer / Postroom Operative to join their friendly team. If you are an organised individual, who is hard-working, reliable and loves to work as part of a team, we would love to hear from you. They are a fast-growing company that pride themselves on their friendly, and welcoming working environment. You will be required to have a basic knowledge of computers and experience picking and packing to fulfil this position. Full in-house training will be provided by their skilled staff members. Main Duties * Picking and Packing customer orders using a hand held scanner. * Stock Control and annual stock take participation * Checking and maintaining incoming stock. * Organising the warehouse as to the wishes of the warehouse manager. * Friendly and approachable manner. * Assist with picking and packing items * Being able to work as part of a team within the company. * This role is physically demanding, you are on your feet all day with physical activity required throughout the day. * Computer literate. * Good communication skills. * Can do attitude, and a willingness to help around the warehouse wherever needed Key Skills * Must have picking/packing experience * At least 1 years’ experience in a similar environment * Physically fit as this role can be demanding * Reliable, committed, and hard-working * Friendly and approachable manner * Great communication skills with a good level of English and Maths * Team player, able to work well in a team setting to achieve goals * Great attention to detail Salary Starting from £12.50, overtime applicable in AWR over 40 basic hours and on Sundays £18.75 after 13 weeks completed.
