We have an exciting opportunity to join client our client at their new site based in Chelmsford. They are looking for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team. We are seeking several candidates to join them with a minimum of 2 year’s current experience working in a similar warehouse role, you should be familiar with PPT, holding a PPT certificate is advantageous. We are seeking hard-working, reliable staff to join their friendly team. There can be heavy lifting involved so being physically fit is a vital requirement for this role. Duties (but not limited to): * Picking and packing heavy goods * Labelling * Loading stock onto vehicles * Unloading deliveries, often can be done by hand * Use of MHE to move stock around the warehouse * Maintaining tidy warehouse * Other general warehouse duties as directed Skills / Attributes: * Good level of English and Maths * Clear communication, able to follow instruction * Reliable, punctual, and hard-working * Team player * Physically fit as manual handling will be required * Accuracy and attention to detail * Be aware of Health and Safety in the Warehouse * PPT certificate (ideally) – onsite training by an instructor can be provided to gain your PPT certificate if you do not have this Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 5.30pm Hourly pay rate £12.21 (on rare occasions over time may be required, weekends are paid at time and a quarter) * 28 days Annual Leave inclusive of bank holidays * Online payslips * Weekly pay * Workplace Pension We are looking forward to receiving your CV.
