Our client based in Central London is looking for several Polish Speaking Event Assistants to join their team on a temporary basis. This will be working in different locations, and the transport will be provided from a central pickup point.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing, assembling, and supporting the distribution of the equipment and materials across various locations in London and surrounding areas
- Carrying out setup and cleanup tasks at designated venues before and after the event
- Coordinating with the administrators of the premises
- Providing assistance to the visitors throughout the event
- Handling, moving, and organizing packages and documents during and after the event
- Moving boxed product (up to 5kg) and distributing to stations at the venue
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Polish is a MUST
- Availability and willingness to travel within and outside London. Shifts will include weekends, early mornings, and late evenings (transport will be provided)
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks (e.g. lifting, organizing materials/documents)
- Good manners, effective communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment, diligence, and reliability in fulfilling duties
- Right to work in the UK
This is a short-term role, and it will be taking place between 6th May – 6th June. Our ideal candidate must be flexible as working hours will depend on the volume of work. You should be prepared to work up to 7 days during the busiest period.
Hourly rate: £13.45 * Weekly pay * Online payslips
