Planwell Recruitment Ltd is an Industrial Recruitment specialist working with major national companies.
We are currently recruiting for a part‑time Recruitment Administrator to join our small, friendly team.
Requirements and Logistics
Driving and preferably access to a car is essential. A full UK driving licence and your own transport are required. You must travel regularly between our Erith and Barking offices.
Responsibilities
- Create and place adverts on advertising platforms
- Conduct telephone screening before booking suitable candidates for interview
- Interview candidates face‑to‑face or via video link
- Confirm and book staff for work as per customer requirements
- Perform general administration tasks including preparing rosters, requesting references, RTW checks and preparing application packs
- Occasionally visit client premises, hold staff inductions and discuss staffing issues
- Action any queries promptly

- Team player, able to work well in a small team
- Excellent computer skills across Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Shift Details
20hrs per week, 2‑3 days a week with flexible hours between Monday‑Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Flexibility required as you may be asked to work more hours to cover staff holidays.
Training and Availability
Training will be provided. You may be required to work more hours during the initial period.

- Hourly pay starts at £13.50
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays, pro‑rated to part‑time hours
