About the Role Our client, a busy and growing production site in Dartford, is looking for a skilled and dependable Reach Forklift Driver and Warehouse Operative to join its friendly team. This is a varied, hands-on position combining forklift operation with general warehouse and production support. The successful candidate will ideally be available to start immediately. Key Responsibilities * Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently. * Load and unload vehicles and containers. * Stack, move and distribute goods throughout the warehouse. * Complete manual stock-control tasks accurately. * Fill and shrink-wrap pallets. * Support other warehouse and production areas as required. * Maintain a safe, tidy and efficient working environment. What We re Looking For * Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift truck certificate s issued by a recognised external training body. In-house certificates cannot be accepted. * Proven experience using forklift trucks in a warehouse or production environment. * Confidence working in a fast-paced, physically active setting. * A reliable, punctual and team-focused approach. * Checkable references and evidence of relevant experience. * A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
