The predicted salary is between 15 - 15 £ per hour.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client based in West London, they are seeking an energetic and experienced Inventory Specialist to strengthen their team. This is a tech heavy role so you must be confident across systems used, you will be working in a quick turnaround environment that processes orders of luxury high end products.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create PO’s and SKU’s so must be a confident user of Shopify and also Cin7 (or similar WMS to Cin7)
  • Supplier management (using supplier SKU’s)
  • Inbound processing - Responsible for receiving and logging inbound deliveries and parcels on inventory system
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient inventory control
  • Tagging items, adding barcodes, updating system

Skill Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a competent and confident computer user.
  • Knowledge of Shopify is a must
  • Google sheets
  • Inventory management
  • Knowledge of Cin7 or equivalent WMS is a must
  • Experience with inbound inventory control and processes
  • Great eye for detail
  • Reliable and committed
  • Good communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude is vital for this role, a real team player, who is willing to step in and assist in any area as needed

Salary £15ph

Shift: 8am – 8pm, 12 hour shift 4on 4off

  • 28 days Annual Leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays
