Planwell Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join an expanding payroll team based in Erith.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll Administrator to support a busy and growing payroll department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous payroll experience who is confident working with figures, banking systems and payroll software.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing payroll accurately and efficiently
- Managing payroll administration and employee records
- Handling banking and payment processes
- Using Xero and other payroll/accounting systems
- Checking figures and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Supporting the wider payroll team with day-to-day administration
- Ensuring deadlines are consistently met
About You
- Previous payroll experience is essential
- Experience using Xero and/or similar payroll/accounting systems
- Good understanding of banking and payment processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident with numbers and computer systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay and Benefits:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
