Print Finisher in Dagenham

We are seeking an experienced Print Finisher to join a busy print company based in Dagenham on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-quality print finishing environment with quick turnaround times. You must be experienced in digital print finishing and be fully competent with lamination and guillotining, with a strong focus on producing accurate, high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Operate finishing equipment in a busy print environment * Work with digital print finishing, including: Lamination and Guillotining (Polar or similar) * Undertake support tasks as required by the department Manager * Maintain a tidy work area ensuring that the work area is kept in a clean and orderly manner * Maintain high-quality standards while working to tight deadlines. * Understand and adhere to the company policies and procedures with particular emphasis on quality and health and safety Essential Requirements · Minimum 2 years' experience · Must have experience with laminators · Must have experience to set, operate, and maintain polar guillotines or similar · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Able to follow written and verbal instructions · Good attention to detail and organisational skills · Reliable, self-motivated, and committed. · Good communication skills · Understanding of health and safety in a print production environment · Must have: Hi-vis vest, Safety shoes Benefits · £16.14 per hour · Weekly pay · 28 days' annual leave (including bank holidays, pro rata for temporary workers) · Online payslips · Workplace pension contributions This is a long-term ongoing position which offers in the future the opportunity for a permanent contract.
