Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client based in West London, they are seeking an energetic and experienced Inventory Specialist to strengthen their team.
This is a tech heavy role so you must be confident across systems used, you will be working in a quick turnaround environment that processes orders of luxury high end products.
Responsibilities
- Create PO’s and SKU’s so must be a confident user of Shopify and also Cin7 (or similar WMS to Cin7)
- Supplier management (using supplier SKU’s)
- Inbound processing - Responsible for receiving and logging inbound deliveries and parcels on inventory system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient inventory control
- Tagging items, adding barcodes, updating system
- Skill Requirements
- Candidate must be a competent and confident computer user.
- Knowledge of Shopify is a must
- Google sheets
- Inventory management
- Knowledge of Cin7 or equivalent WMS is a must
- Experience with inbound inventory control and processes
- Great eye for detail
- Reliable and committed
- Good communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude is vital for this role, a real team player, who is willing to step in and assist in any area as needed
- Mandatory Obligations
- Salary £15ph
- Shift: 8am - 8pm ,12 hour shift 4on 4off
- 28 days Annual Leave inclusive of 8 bank holidays
