The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-potential Senior Strategy Consultant to support executive transformation engagements across Europe. Working within Planview’s Global Enterprise Transformation team, you will help shape executive discussions with leading European enterprises through workshops, short engagements, strategic research, business case development, and transformation storytelling. This is a customer-facing advisory role, operating across both prospective and existing Planview customers.
You will gain exposure to senior executives across major European organizations and collaborate with experienced strategists, sales leaders, transformation specialists and product teams to deliver high-impact executive engagements. Executive engagement at Planview is authentically focused on the clients’ transformation journey, but in service to sales of our analyst lauded and industry leading SaaS platform. This position offers exposure to diverse industries across Europe, including FTSE and DAX 100 clients, and collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.
Special Project (First 3-6 months):
You will lead the tailoring of our Transformation & Executive Engagement motion for the Central and Southern European region – adapting messaging, executive workshop design, and value narratives to regional market dynamics. Over time, you will increasingly own and scale this motion.
What You'll Do
- Executive & Transformation Engagement
- Support the design and delivery of high-impact executive workshops for prospective and existing clients
- Conduct research and stakeholder analysis to understand client transformation challenges
- Help facilitate transformation strategy engagements (~2–6 weeks)
- Strategy & Business Case Development
- Develop executive-ready presentations and transformation roadmaps
- Build CFO-quality business cases and value narratives
- Translate complex operational and strategic challenges into clear insights and recommendations
- Sales & Growth Support
- Partner with sales, solution, marketing, implementation and customer success teams to support strategic deal pursuits
- Contribute transformation narratives that align client priorities with Planview capabilities
- Support account growth by identifying value expansion opportunities
- Regional Motion Development (Central & Southern Europe)
- Adapt transformation messaging and workshop formats for regional executive audiences
- Develop regionally relevant points of view and case examples
- Build reusable assets and playbooks to scale the motion
- Thought Leadership & Insight Development
- Contribute to transformation points of view combining industry trends, best practices, and Planview capabilities
- Support development of executive-ready insights and workshop content
What You'll Bring
- 4-6 years’ experience in management consulting, transformation delivery, or strategic advisory
- Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or transformation practice strongly preferred
- Exposure to operating model, digital transformation, portfolio management, or enterprise strategy work
Skills
- Strong executive storytelling capability, with excellent PowerPoint structuring and visualization skills
- Advanced Excel capability and experience building structured business cases
- Ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear executive insights
- Strong structured problem-solving capability
- Effective workshop facilitation, whiteboarding, and real-time synthesis skills (virtual and in-person)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance consulting outputs and analytical workflows
Mindset & Attributes
- Strong business acumen and curiosity about enterprise transformation and key trends impacting this (e.g. AI Operating Models)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
- Ability to collaborate across sales, strategy, services and product teams
- High ownership mentality with a growth mindset
Education
- Master’s degree preference or equivalent executive experience in business, economics, finance, informatics, technology
Other
- Fluent English required; additional European languages a strong advantage - with German and / or French language skills particularly attractive
- Willingness to travel regionally
