PlantSea Ltd. seeks an experienced Scientist or Senior Scientist in polymer formulation and product development to drive the next generation of sustainable materials. You will translate scientific understanding into commercially relevant products by developing and optimizing bio-based polymer systems for scale up and manufacturing.
You will design experiments, deliver robust technical recommendations, and work closely with the CTO and R&D team to overcome formulation challenges and meet customer needs.
