You will initially focus on planned maintenance and servicing, making this an excellent opportunity for a Plant Fitter who wants to strengthen their diagnostic skills and progress into a fully trained Plant Engineer. During your first year, you will receive structured in-house training covering diagnostics and more advanced repairs. Support is also available to progress towards an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
