As Finance Officer, you’ll play a vital part in keeping Plantlife’s financial operations running smoothly and accurately. Working closely with the Senior Finance Officer, you’ll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day processing that underpins our financial integrity—from coding invoices and preparing weekly payment runs to maintaining clear, well‑organised records and supporting month‑end routines. You’ll work across multiple systems, help reconcile income from our CRM, and ensure colleagues have the information they need to manage their budgets confidently. This is a hands‑on role where accuracy, curiosity and a willingness to learn really matter. You’ll be supported to build your skills, develop your understanding of charity finance and grow into more complex tasks over time, including restricted funds, audit preparation and process improvement.
